Guidelines for Parents

  • As a first step in this direction, we earnestly recommend that the parents/guardians familiarize themselves with this diary and the rules it contains.
  • The management will decide on what conditions they will admit or retain pupils in the institution.
  • The school expects the cooperation of the parents/guardians to ensure that students come to school regularly and punctually, are dressed neatly and correctly.
  • Students bring to school proper study materials, correct books and notebooks which should be properly maintained.
  • Students prepare their lessons and do their home works/class works regularly.
  • Students do not study late into night it may affect their physical and mental health due to loss of sleep.
  • Parents/guardians must check the diary of their wards regularly and enforce regularity and discipline at home and see that their wards prepare their lessons and do the assigned works.
  • Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate with school authorities in their insistence upon punctuality, discipline, personal cleanliness, wearing of correct school uniform and the preparation of daily lessons.
  • Parents/guardians are particularly obliged to sign the warning note entered on the Principal's / Vice-Principal's / Headmistress' remark page on the diary or official circulars, test and examination results or similar documents.
  • Parents/guardians are requested to give specimen signatures, preferably of father and mother, who will be responsible for signing the remarks of leave record page in the diary.
  • Parents/guardians or any other should not visit class/students or interview the teachers during the school hours without due permission of the Principal / Vice-Principal / Headmistress.
  • Any student seriously ill or suffering from infectious diseases should not be sent to school.
  • If he/she is likely to absent from school for three days or more, the Principal should be informed in writing.
  • On recovery, he/she must submit medical certificate stating that he/she is fully cured.
  • Parents/guardians are requested not to make plan of holidays during school days and take leave of minimum number of days for marriage or family functions or visits.
  • Leave taken by your ward for mere social function is not recommended Taking leave frequently retards academic progress and disturbs the habit of regular works.
  • Parents/guardians are particularly expected to sign the progress report, test books or any other documents when requested.
  • When you feel that your ward does not make the desired progress, the Principal should be contacted well in time.
  • Parents/guardians are requested to notify in writing any change in their dress or contact numbers to the Principal.
  • Parents/guardians cooperation is requested to ensure that no sharp-pointed articles, crackers, explosives or any other dangerous materials should be brought to school.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to attend parents-to-school meetings.
  • Parents/guardians are advised not to set goal and expectation beyond the reach of their wards.
  • Parents/guardians are advised not to over-pamper or over-protect their wards by fulfilling all their demands or wishes.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for those students who come on foot, to reach as well as fetch them in time once the child is out of the school compound school will not be responsible.
  • To make the school campus "Plastic Free Zone", please don't send Kurkure, chewing gum, any pouches or biscuit packs with children rather you must send healthy food in their lunch box.
