The need for safe passage of each child to school and back home is of paramount importance to us. To ensure safe travel the school has its own fleet of outsourced school buses designed as per standards and manned by trained drivers and personnel sensitized to the needs of small children. The Transport Service (optional) is operated by the school and a separate transport fee is charged for this. For supervision and monitoring a transport attendant is on board throughout the journey.

Parents are requested to refrain from making unreasonable demands or expressing harsh criticism regarding the transport service. Repeated dissatisfaction or non-cooperation may result in the discontinuation of the bus facility for the concerned student.

Transport fees will be charged as determined by the school management. In case a student wishes to discontinue the bus service during the academic session, one month’s prior written notice must be submitted. Failing this, the transport fee for the entire month will be applicable.

🚌 SCHOOL BUS RULES

  • School transportation is OPTIONAL. Reasonable good service is rendered to its users. However, it will not be at the beck and call of students or parents; undue demand and/or harsh criticism from parents are not expected and it would show that they are dissatisfied with the service. Hence, they will be asked to discontinue the use of the school bus service.
  • Bus fee will be charged legitimately, as regulated by the management.
  • In case of discontinuing school bus service in mid-session, one month prior information is a must; if not, the bus fare will be charged for the whole month.
  • There will be no one-way service; even if anybody decides to use only one-way service, he/she has to pay full month fee.
  • Being fully aware of information a, b, c, d let the students and parents decide whether to use or not to use the school bus service.
  • The front cover of the DIARY will carry the BUS SERVICE PASS. The Bus No. and Bus Stop will be mentioned in it. This pass must be carried whenever the school bus service is used and shown on demand to the bus conductor/monitor. This pass shall not be detached from the school diary.
  • Unauthorized travelers will have to pay Rs. 100/- per day.
  • Indiscipline behaviour in school bus or with the bus staff either by the student or parent will make the student ineligible to use the conveyance.
  • Damage to any bus property shall be made good by the concerned student.
  • The students must reach their respective bus stop at least 5 minutes before the arrival of the bus.
  • Buses will stop only at the predetermined stops decided by the management. Let students/parents/guardians select the most suitable stop.
  • Bus fee will be revised as to meet the cost and expenses for maintenance.
